She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Barden and Virginia Washburn Barden. She is survived by: her husband Ronald D. Lewis; her children, Darcy Lewis of Denver, CO and Boyd Lewis (Kristin) of Kane, PA; her granddaughters, Sloane and Sadie; her siblings, Deborah Curtis (Steve) of Bloomington, IN, Wally Barden (Dibbie) of Arizona and Dan Barden (Lynne) of Plymouth, IN; her mother-in-law E. Rosemary Lewis of Cadillac, MI; her son Bradley D. Lewis; and her brother Peter Barden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations in her memory be made to the Faith Bible Church, 2334 Jackson Run Road, Warren, PA 16365.
