He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wagner and Luva Wagner; his daughter Sally Engstrom; and his siblings, George, John, Harry Wagner, Mary, Anna and David.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Lauffenberger Wagner; his children, Troy Wagner (Ann) of Warren, Mattie Pollack (George) of Erie and Dawn Bines of Sugar Grove; his siblings, Charlie Wagner (Sandy) of Jersey Shore, PA, Richard Wagner of Oklahoma and Sara Hennessy of Warren; his sister-in-law Julie Reynolds; his grandchildren, Meagan, Rachel, Samantha, Tyler, Mackenzie, Jacob, Zachary and Paul; and his great grandchildren, Blakelynn, Gracelynn, Alaina, Evelynn, Hazel, Madilyn, Hadlee, Ashlyn and Adalynn.
