He is survived by: his sibling Jerry; his wife Jane; his daughters, Courtney and Megan; his pet Mackenzie; his sons-in-law, James and Jason; and his siblings-in-law, Georgetta Moss, Jeannie Kohan, Annette Dudukovich (Gary), Richard Kohan and Michael Kohan (Marian).
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (304 East St, Warren, PA 16365). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
