He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Collins and Luella R. Collins Sr. (Williams); his wife Joanne Collins (Kane); and his siblings, James Collins, Kay Onuffer and Amy Gladney.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Collins (Courtney) of Binghamton, NY and Patrick Collins (Unmee) of South Korea; his grandchildren, Noah, Piper, Roy and Rosa Collins; and his siblings, Elmer "Rocky" Collins (Marsha) of Sugar Grove and Susan Luther (Art) of Pittsfield, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
