He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Maier and Mildred Maier (Pierce); his wife Charlotte "Jeanne" Lemmon Maier; and his siblings, Virginia Petersen and William "Bud" Maier.
He is survived by: his children, Mindy Rodgers (Larry) of Saegertown, Rod Maier (Betsy) of White Hall, PA, Cherlyn Faulkner (Steve) of Warren, Jeff Maier (Brenda) of Warren and Trish Devore (Brian) of Warren; and his grandchildren, Adam Rodgers (Diane) of Meadville, Darlene Snyder (Eric) of Lutz, FL, Scott Means (Kim) of Warren, Elizabeth Seice of Falconer, NY, Chris Maier (Kayla) of Farmville, VA, Kamie Mazza (Tony) of Harborcreek, Sam Laih of Bradford and Ian Laih of Syracuse, NY. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. (1003 Pennsylvania Ave E, Warren, PA 16365). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
