He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Sr. Raffaele and Ivis Mae Peabody Raffaele; his sister Francine Tunstall; and his stepsiblings, Anna Schmidt and Patrick Raffaele.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret August; his daughter Jenifier L. Raffaele of Warren; and his siblings, Cheryl Jackson (Robb) of Ellicott, NY, Perry Raffaele (Lynn) of Warren, PA, Bonnie Ochocki of Warren, PA and Michael Trojanowski of Warren, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
