It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Ruffolo of Warren, Pennsylvania, born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold George and Emma Douglas Austin; and her brother Robert. She is also survived by 3 children and their spouses, 2 brothers, 1 granddaughter, several nieces, and nephews.
