He was predeceased by: his parents, Oras Pratt and Pauline Wonderling Pratt; his wife Mildred Pratt; his daughters, Robin Antonuccio and Lynda Hughes; his grandchildren, Jennifer Galloway and Ricky Antonuccio; his brothers, Kenneth and Richard Pratt; and his nephews, Ronny and Scott Devereaux.
He is survived by: his children, William Emple, Sandy Galloway of Bradenton, FL and Katie Poff of Cortland, OH; his grandchildren, Lisa Hutchins, Anthony, Tammie Antonuccio of Kane, Adam, Cody, Tyler Fleming, Cassie Williams of Bradenton, FL, Jessie, William Emple of Warren, PA and Brandy Benton of Cortland, OH; and his siblings, David Pratt (Nancy) of Sugar Grove, PA and Beverly Devereaux of Warren, PA. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
