He is survived by: his wife Christine Kabelin Stevens; his daughters, Deborah Moore (Wayne Carlson) of Jamestown, NY and Tina M. Johnson (Jason) of Warren; his stepson Matthew Johnson of Warren; his sister Beverly Ivey (Earl) of Pittsburgh; and his cousins, Ann and Paul Spangler of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
