He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Rulander (Melody) of Russell, PA, Randy Rulander (Darla) of Warren, PA, John Rulander (Wendy) of Warren, PA, Scott Rulander of Sandpoint, ID and Susan Middleton (Ken Prettyman) of Russell, PA; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Rulander, Jeremy Rulander, Tia Rulander, Jack Rulander, Nicole Davis, Nathan Davis, Ashley Davis, Rob Middleton, Andy Prettyman, Sam Prettyman and Shyann Rulander; his brothers, Frederick Rulander (Lovena) of North Warren, PA and Lester Rulander of Pittsfield, PA; his wife Marian Rulander (Cable); his daughter Cynthia Davis (Rulander); and his siblings, Howard Rulander, Herbert Rulander, Marie Johnson, Lettie Anderson, Velma Rulander and Violet Thomas. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
