He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W Rarey and Laura Hansen Rarey; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Smith of Jamestown, NY, Terry Stuart of Warren, PA and Charles Smith of Mayville, NY..
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rarey (Smith); his son Todd Rarey (Jennifer) of Warren, PA.; his granddaughter Emma Rarey of Warren, PA.; and his sister-in-law Diane Smith of Mayville, NY. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
