It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlette W. Russell of Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stone and Bessie Stone (Larsen); her husband Theodore L. Russell; her sister Sharyn Stone; her son-in-law Thomas Seastrum; and her brothers-in-law, Daniel Howe and David Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Seastrum of Warren, Theodore Russell, Vicki Wimer, Jared and Desi; her grandchildren, Danielle Seastrum-Marano (Adam), Tamara Seastrum and Teddy Russell; her great grandchild Elijah Russell; her stepgrandchildren, Kenneth Seastrum (Megan), Tracy Brown (Mickey) and Bobbie Jo Paterniti (Jamie); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kianna, Nathaniel, Madisen, Anthony, Brayden, Carter and Aidan; and her sister Sandra Lee of Warren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
