She was predeceased by: her father Livio L. Bertolini; her daughter Laura Gustafson; and her siblings, Missy Bertolini Zalewski and Matthew Bertolini. She is survived by: her mother Rosemarie Carr Bertolini; her husband Randall D. Gustafson; her sons, Robert Gustafson (Cathryn) of Bedford, MA, Steven Gustafson (Jayrn) of Arlington, MA and David Gustafson (Emily) of Asheville, NC; her grandson Owen Gustafson; and her brothers, Doug Bertolini (Donna) of Arizona, Greg Bertolini (Jane) of Warren, PA, Mark Bertolini of Jamestown, NY, Cameron Bertolini (Julie) of Cary, NC and Michael Bertolini (Beverly) of Peachtree City, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Community Foundation of Warren County-Kids in Need Fund, 310 Second Ave., Suite 1, Warren, PA 16365.
