She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Pituch and Estelle Pituch; her siblings, Chuck, Dan, Dave Pituch and Annette Pituch Nelson; and her grandson Gregory Allen Moyer.
She is survived by: her children, Warren Forest, Michele Spencer (Guy) of Sinclairville, NY and Shawn Bedow (Deb) of Erie; her grandchildren, Don, Heather and Tina; her brother Tom Pituch (Rosemary) of Elgin, PA; her grandchildren, Shayla Freeborough (Dane), Joshua Reynolds (Kaela) and Terry Bedow (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Cole, Axton and Rowan; and also Marcia Camerano (Edward).
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Rouse Childrens Center, 238 East Main St. Youngsville PA 16371.
