She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn. She is survived by: her son Lee; her daughter-in-law Melissa Turk; her daughter Lisa Turk; her granddaughter Cayla Hoffman (Tim Munksgard); her great grandchild Alivia of Warren; her brother Charles; and her sister-in-law Ruth Smith of Hydetown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials commemorating Carol's life may be made to Hessel Valley Lutheran Church.
