He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Wesley Byers; and his sister Linda Wolbert. He is survived by: his mother Nora Rebecca Byers (Kerns); his wife Lori Ann Byers (Ford); his children, Ashley Rebecca Byers and David Wesley Byers; his siblings, Gary Byers (Stacey) of Sheffield, Mary Catherine Yunker (Ralph) of Leeper, PA, Robert Adams (Robbie) of Tylersburg, PA, Jack Byers (Marcy) of Sheffield, Tom Byers (Jen) of Warren and Kelly Smith (Brad) of Dayton, PA; and his brother-in-law Eugene "Chicken" Wolbert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall (201 Pleasant Dr, Warren, PA 16365).
