It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian W. Kibbey of Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Walter A. "Ben" Kibbey; and his grandparents, Clarence "Jack", Marion Kibbey, Willis and Wilna Smith.

He is survived by: his mother Hilma Smith Kibbey; and his siblings, Todd I. Kibbey (Kelly) of Warren and Lisa A. Yarnall (Daniel) of Warren. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
