He is survived by: his mother Debbie Wolfe Bailey; his children, Ronald Crouse and Angel Koehler (Caden) of Warren; his siblings, Penny Richards of West, VA, Scott Crouse (Sara) of England, Fred Bailey of Warren, John Bailey of Sheffield, Michael Bailey of Sheffield, Nikki Bailey of Sheffield and Andrew Bailey (Shala McKinney) of Clarendon; and his close friend Chivaun Fox. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
