He is survived by: his wife Sharrel Anderson of Owego; and his children, Rob McNeill (Ann), Lorrie Murphy (Jim), John McNeill (Heather) and Wendy Carl (Mike). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
