She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore "Sonny" J. Butch, Sr.; her parents, Elbirn Matlack and Helen Matlack; and her siblings, Walter Matlack, Blanche Herbert and Roberta Goodwin.
She is survived by: her son Theodore J., Jr.; her daughter-in-law Monica Butch; her daughter Terrie Raychel; her grandchildren, Joseph Butch (Jackie), Rosalie Gwerder (Nick), TJ Butch III (Sara) and Allison Raychel; her great grandchildren, Noah, Mara, Nora, Haddie and Thea; her stepgrandson Robert Raychel (Amanda); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aubryana and Madelyn. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
