He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Finley Haines II and Phyllis Haines (MunkittricK); his wife Lorraine Ellis Haines; his children, Jill Wallace (Eric), Patrick Haines (Brenda), Jesse Conrad (Kristin) and Brittany Cashdollar (James); his grandchildren, Dominic Wallace, Brooke Wallace, Charlea Haines of Aurora Haines, P. J, Eva Conrad, Shae Conrad, Nora Cashdollar and Kendra Cashdollar; his siblings, Lynn Haines (Nancy) and Karen Blackwell (James); and his cousin Linda Munkittrick VanDeWeert. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home (217 York Ave, Towanda, PA 18848). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to the Monroeton Public Library, P.O. Box 145, Monroeton, PA 18832 or to the Bradford County Humane Society, P.O. Box 179, Ulster, PA 18850 in memory of Dr. John F. Haines III.
