He was predeceased by: his parent Wilmer C. Kulp, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kulp; his parent Virginia Kulp; his children, Barbara Kulp, Wilmer Kulp (Maureen), Karen Reese (Michael) and Kimberly Quillen (Scott); his grandchildren, Nicole, Jeffrey, Hannah, Alyssa, Amber, Michael, Joseph, Camron and Alexa; and his great grandchildren, Quinnze, Sebastian and Prezton.
