He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Patrick Sr. and Hannah Patrick (Freebairn); his spouse Annajean Patrick; his children, Scott (Julie), Adam (Tina) and Julie Ann (Rob); his siblings, Shirley Patrick and Joan Sanders; his grandchildren, Lauren, Matthew, Ryan, Ashley, Taylor, Hannah and Noah; and his close friend Dr. John Walch.

Service will be on Wednesday beginning at 10AM at Decker Givnish and interment at Recommended Local Florist Order Flowers Make a Memorial Donation Arrangements By Receive Obituary Notices.
