He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy and Thomas F. Kelly Sr.; his son Keith Kelly; and his brothers, Kenny and Michael Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M. Kelly; his daughter Candice Kelly (Shaun Behn); his grandson Zach Dinnis; and his siblings, Donna Holaday, Sandy Holaday, Debbie Ellison, Susan Barreiro, Dottie Kelly, Duane Kelly and Bryan Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family, and friends.
