He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia M. Smietana; his children, Lauren Smietana and Gillian Reilly (James); his grandchild Maisie Reilly; and his sister Cheryl Ziegler (James).
Due to the current pandemic, Ted's family wishes to have his service be private.
