She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Leckner and Mary Leckner; her siblings, Chuck (Marcia), Michelle Sowers (Shawn) and Kimberly Leckner (Shawn); her nieces and nephews, CJ, Chase, Kaylee, Gabby, Jaclyn and Ali; and her caregiver Dolores Krystopowicz.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in Teresa's name to LifePath at 2 Life Mark Drive, Sellersville PA 18960.
