She was predeceased by: her husband John Peter Mikulich; her parents, George W. Bumm and Leah Bumm (Davis); and her siblings, Caryl Horrocks and George W. Bumm, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Torrisi (Tommy), John Mikulich, Jr. (Robyn), Dawn Mikulich and Ann Marie Krier (Alex); and her grandchildren, Trey, Ryan, Camryn and Lexi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sara's Memory may be made to Abington Jefferson Hospital Cancer Center at Asplundh Cancer Pavilion, 3941 Commerce Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
