She was predeceased by: her husband William J. McGinley; her parents, George Rempp and Anne Pollack Rempp; and her brothers, Robert and Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick McGinley (Kathy) and Terry McGinley (Marge) of Doylestown; her grandchildren, Meghan Murnane (Jim), Ryan McGinley (Emily), Dan McGinley (Casey), Kelly McMahon (Tim) and Kaitlin McGinley; and her sister Loretta Rogers of Philadelphia. She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
