He is survived by: his parent Helen Shirey; his children, Ann Marie Shirey (Barry), Kimberly Talbert (Dave) and Robert Jr. Shirey (Katrina); his brothers, Roy Coe and Chuck Smith Jr.; his grandchildren, Elisha Talbert, Kortney Talbert, Lacey Shirey and Stephan Talbert; and his nephews, Andrew Coe and Bradley Coe.
