He was predeceased by: his wife Anne "Nancy" Hetzel; his parents, Albert J. Hetzel and Virginia Hetzel; and his brother Albert P. Hetzel. He is survived by: his children, Terry Hildebrandt (Greg), Patty Longenecker (late Patrick), Joe Hetzel (Kathy), Jeannie Schoener (Bill) and Tom Hetzel (Becky); and his grandchildren, Michelle, Peter, Lauren (Zeke), Nicole, Billy (BJ), Brian, Kelly, Tim, Nora, Jessica and Bitsy.
