He was predeceased by: his parents, William Strauss and Elsie Aust Strauss. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine J. Zapczynski Strauss; his children, Rick Strauss (Marcelle) of Doylestown, Tom Strauss (Tami) of Doylestown and Karen Beatty (Mark) of Doylestown; his grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca, Kristina Strauss, Jacqueline Philpott (Paul), Kirsten, Sean Strauss, Mark and Matthew Beatty; his great grandchild Hazel Marie Philpott; and his sister Eleanor Weirman (Robert).
