We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2024, at the age of 86, Richard Ross of Warminster, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Richard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Richard. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Ashcroft; and his son Stephen (Jill Wright). He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Stohl (Burton); and his children, Eliza Larsen (Darrin) and Andy (Catharine Hansen). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's name to the Ann's Choice Scholars' Fund.

“I once lived on Barren Road in Newtown Square and attended the Broomall Ward. My husband at that time travelled extensively for his job. As a young married woman; I felt alone a lot. Richard and Kay would invite me for dinner in their home to enjoy a divine French meal. The dessert At one of these meals was a meringue filled with fruit and whipped cream; which I can still see in my minds eye. Although I knew the Ross Family my entire life; these were special days sharing love. Judi Bennett”
