She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Dever Thomas and Ellen Veronica Price of Olney; her husband Richard F. Smyth; her children, Colleen Augustin (Scott), Kelly Charland, Maureen, Richard E. (Jennifer Nguyen) and Meghan; her grandchildren, Dylan and Ashley Augustin; her children, Kara, Michael, Gary III, Charland, Ethan, Daniel Smyth and Eamonn Smyth; and her caregivers, Doctors, R. Panis, W. Haaz (Cardiology) and Rachshtut. She was also cherished by brothers- and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends, and six affectionate granddogs.
