He is survived by: his sister Anne Evans of Colorado; his former wife Dorothy (White); his wife Mildred (Puhalla); his son Michael Jr. (Jacqueline) of Manassas, VA; his grandchildren, Amy Elkins (Jacob), Jennifer Nelson (Jason) and Michael Masko III; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Aubrey, Annie and Allyson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
