She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jutrzenka and Stella Jutrzenka; and her brother Edward Jutrzenka Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Carole Wentzel; her children, Tracey A. Burkart and Daniel J. Burkart Jr. (Eileen); and her grandchildren, Edward and Caroline Burkart.
