He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon A. Szymkowiak and Helen M. Szymkowiak. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Merry" Seely; his son Leon T. Szymkowiak (Jacquelyn); his sister Lorraine Gildein (Al); and his stepchildren, Bob Seely (Cati), Terry De Simone (John) and Katie Seely (Gene Farr). He is also survived by his 11 step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
