She is survived by: her husband Marvin Thompson; her son John Hanson (Kathy) of Pipersville, PA; her granddaughter Michelle Hanson (John Tatum); her great grandchild Rosemary of Allentown, PA; her grandson Joseph Hanson (Britta) of Cleveland, OH; her stepdaughter Carol Primus (David) of Gunnison, CO; her stepgrandchildren, Kristin Primus (Colin Garretson) of Berkeley, CA, Jordan Primus (Kelly) of Port Ludlow, WA, Christopher Vutsinas (Megan) of Charlotte, NC and Steven Vutsinas (Megan Cutter) of Gainesville, FL; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Caitlyn, Owen, Merrill and Crosby.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's honor to The Haiti Mission or the Vicarage Program at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
