He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne DeAngelis (Kwiatkowska) and Charles DeAngelis; his son Joseph; his granddaughter Savannah; his sister Mary Ann Thompson; and his brothers-in-law, Dave and Henry.

He is survived by: his wife Marguerite (Tommy); his children, Donna Lehmann (Robert), Chip (Renee) and Michael (Karen); his grandchildren, Bryan (Dana), Christina and Christopher (Hannah); his great grandchild Boston; his nephew William (Carrie); his nieces, Carol (Jack), Jeanne (John) and Joan (Brian); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Louise and Betsy (Vita).
