He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Kolody and May Kolody (Mercovich); his wife Dolores "Dolly" Kolody; and his sister Martha Kolody. He is survived by: his children, James S. Kolody, Jr., Michelle Kolody-Cost (Evan, Sr.), Kristin Kolody and Iadicicco (Nick); his siblings, John Kolody and Theresa VanHouten; and his grandchildren, Tori (Joe), Nicky (Frankie), Evan Jr., Jimmy III (Gabrielle), Jessica, Kelci, Jake, Kathryn, Gio, Anthony and Gianna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church would be appreciated.
