We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021 we had to say goodbye to James P. Mulligan of Warminster, Pennsylvania, born in Windom, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mulligan and Esther Snyder Mulligan; and his siblings, Richard, Donald, Eugene Mulligan and Carol Van Orden.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy O. Dahlquist Mulligan; his sons, James Mulligan II of Warminster and John Mulligan (Zina) of King; and his siblings, Robert Mulligan (Mary Jean), John Mulligan (late Dolores), William Mulligan (Mary Lou), Michael Mulligan and Rosemarie Moerke (Dale).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Dollars for Scholars Fund for Luverne School District, 709 N. Kniss Ave., Luverne, MN 56156.
