He is survived by: his parent Katherine Sharkey; his children, Tammy Palucis (Dan), Cherie Jain (Ralph) and James, Jr. (Lina); his grandchildren, Ashley Sharkey of Daniel Palucis, Kiera Palucis, Hailey Jain, Julianna Jain, Emma Sharkey and Nathan Sharkey; and his siblings, John Sharkey, Cheryl Case and Karen Acker (Bob).
