He is survived by: his parent Catherine Cashman (Curran); his children, Michael (Carol), Jack Jr, Timothy and Mary Linda Guarini (Bob); his sibling Patrick Cashman; his grandchildren, Michael (Courtney), Sean (Jen), Jonathan, Jack III (Laura), Connor, Kelly, Brittany Nicholas (Steven), Tighe, John, Jay, Robert Guarini Jr and Maria Guarini; and his great grandchild Caden Nicholas.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Jack's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
