He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth. He is survived by: his children, Frank (Carey Luebbe), Mary (Dale Souder), Bruce (Nancy Luebbe) and Carol (David Hess); and his brother-in-law Bob Butler of Baltimore. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister.
