She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cannon and Elsie Larzelere Cannon; her husband Thomas F Van Horn; her great grandchild Kayley Van Horn; and her siblings, Walter, James, Thomas, William, Mae and Marion.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas F. Van Horn Jr. (Judy), Miriam Michael and Samuel Van Horn (Susan); her grandchildren, Sam Jr., Stephanie (Chris), Stephen (Ashley), Jennifer and Christine (Callum); and her great grandchildren, Mason, Slade, Samuel III, Aria, Victoria and Mclaren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schneider Funeral Home (431 N York Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040). A committal service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (535 E Main St, Weatherly, PA 18255).
