He was predeceased by: his father Francis J. Evans; his wife Cassie Evans; and his mother Marie M. Evans. He is survived by: his children, Allegra Evans Bick (Ed), Francis H. Evans (Kim) and Kelly Evans; his brother Michael Evans; and his grandchildren, Eddie, Kyrsten, Christian, Julia, Avery and Connor.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, Inc. (333 County Line Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Philly Fire Foundation in Fran's name.
