She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald King and Ellen King; her husband Robert J. Sweeney; and her son Richard Sweeney. She is survived by: her children, Robert J. Sweeney and Ellen Ragan (Robert); her brother Richard King (Mary); her grandchildren, Steven, Donna and Maureen; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Robbie, Shane, Erin, Christian, Tara, Chelsea, Aidan and Charlie; her niece Janet; and her nephews, Stephen, Richard and Brian.

Attendees must wear a mask, practice social distancing, and refrain from physical contact.

In lieu of flowers donations to The Salvation Army 701 N. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19123 would be appreciated by Frances' family.
