He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Price and Anna Price. He is survived by: his sons, Edward W. Jr. (Teresa) and Christopher Price (Nora); his grandchildren, Nathan (Katherine), Stephen, Alexandra, Meghan, Edward III, Kristin (Zack) and Robert; and his great grandchild Hailey.
