He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Davis; his child Shari; and his sibling Debbie. He is survived by: his parent Mollie Davis; his spouse Helen P. Davis; his children, Jodi, Derek, Christine and JeriBeth; and his siblings, Rose and Max.
