She was predeceased by: her grandson Colin. She is survived by: her husband George J. Ottinger; her children, Joseph G. Ottinger (Charlene), Kathleen P. Ochal (Stephen Thompson), James G. Ottinger (Peggy) and Mark C. Ottinger (Linda); her grandchildren, Kristin, Lindsay, Stephanie, Emily, Shannon and Becca; her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan, Donna and Stephanie; her great grandchildren, Ava, Mila, Aiden, Annabelle and Jimmy; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lexie and Roxie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made on her behalf to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
