He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kostenbauder and Harriet Kostenbauder; and his sons, David and Dale (Janet). He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Kostenbauder (Friday); and his children, Daniel Kostenbauder (Angela), Dean Kostenbauder (Connie) and Nancy Larkins (Robert). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
